Visitor Info

Bring a guest. We’ll make it easy.

Registering a visitor takes two minutes. Here’s exactly what to do.

Step One

Register before they arrive

Use Envoy (envoy.com) or email reception@twincrest.com at least one hour before arrival. You'll need: guest name, email, company, visit purpose, and arrival time.

Step Two

Tell your guest what to bring

A government-issued photo ID. Your name. Their vehicle plate if they're parking on-site.

Step Three

Meet them (or let Envoy do it)

Envoy sends your guest a self check-in link the morning of their visit. You get a Slack ping the moment they arrive. They'll get a day badge at the front desk.

Return to office

How it works — honestly.

Three days a week, for Austin-based employees. Flexible on timing. Transparent on tracking. Here’s the full picture.

“Effective March 1, 2026, Austin-based employees are expected in the office a minimum of three days per week. Remote and satellite employees maintain existing arrangements.”

— Twincrest People Team

Scenario A

If you're in Austin (HQ or hybrid)

  • Three in-office days per week. Pick the days that fit your team.
  • No mandatory anchor day — coordinate with your manager.
  • Badge taps count automatically; no separate logging.
  • Travel and PTO days don't count against your weekly target.

Scenario B

If you're at a satellite office

  • Same three-day cadence applies, at your home hub.
  • Working from another Twincrest office counts toward your three.
  • Local hub leads coordinate floor space and team days.
  • Need a desk in another city? Use the desk booking widget above.

Scenario C

If you're fully remote

  • Existing remote arrangements are honored — no change needed.
  • Plan to visit a hub at least once per quarter for team time.
  • Travel is covered through Navan (see Travel below).
  • Stipend for home office refresh: $750 annually.
